The leader of Burutu Local Government Area Legislative Arm, Rt. Hon. Joseph Asiaye Alubeze has commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa over the appointment of one of his leaders, Chief Solomon Funkekeme as his Senior Political Adviser (SPA).
The lawmaker said Okowa’s gesture has shown his love for the people of Burutu Local Government Area, adding that he knows more people will also be appointed from the area in no distance time.
According to him, “On behalf of the good people of Burutu Local Government Area, we want to specially thank the Governor for the love shown us by appointing one of their leaders, Chief Solomon Funkekeme as his Senior Political Adviser.
“Chief Solomon Funkekeme is a worthy ambassador of Burutu Local Government Area and Delta state in general as his benevolence and humane kindness has no equal. I know he has the ability and capacity to stretch the SMART AGENDA further.”
The erudite leader of one of the most vibrant legislative arm in Delta state added that like Chief Funkekeme, there are avalanche of capable men and women who are well bred from Burutu Local Government Area that are ready and willing to help the governor promote his SMART agenda, whom are yet to be located.
